BaselWorld 2007 has 2,100 exhibitors showing their timepieces of desire on 160,000m2 exhibitation area.
News about new wristwatches appear by the minute. Tag Heuer for instance introduces the new LINK men's watch collection. We will report more about the new Tag Heuer watches later today.

Swiss knife maker Victorinox also offers watches. The Victorinox Dive Master 500 is a solid watch for divers with water resistant up to 500M (50 ATM, 1,650 FT)/

Timex introduces the elegant T Series timepieces for Spring 2007. Timex takes the design of their watches from the 1950s and blends it with contemporary details and technology.

Seiko enhances the Arctura collection with the addition of the new G.M.T. model.

The marriage of Kinetic with a G.M.T. function makes this watch ideal for travelers. The hour hand can be set without disturbing the accuracy of the kinetic movement.

The Arctura G.M.T. features a stainless steel case, sapphire glass and has a water resistance up to 10 bar.

California based IceLink will present their swiss-made 6Time Zone Presidential timepieces at the BaselWorld 2007.

IceLink founder Andy Sogoyan is responsible for the "bling bling" phenomenon, with his CA Links acclaimed chain-link jewelry.

The 6Time Zone timepieces have 6 dials to show the times of six cities around the world. The XXL sized watches feature steel cases set with diamonds.

Bathys is Hawai'i's only watch label, and they will be exhibiting for the first time at the BaselWorld 2007 this week.

Bathys will introduce their new Benthic and AquaCulture timepieces. The 100 Fathom Aqua Culture is a Limited-Edition of the 100 Fathom featuring a ETA-2892-2 21 jewel automatic movement and features a Tahaitian Black Mother of Pearl Dial.

The Benthic is Bathys first professional Diver Watch. The Benthic features a ETA 2892-2 21 jewel automatic running at 28'800 vph, Domed sapphire with antireflection coating and PVD coated case with silver TiCN at 2 microns and water resistance to 200M (110 Fathoms, 660 feet).

Tag Heuer updates their Aquaracer wristwatch line with the Tag Heuer Aquaracer Calibre S Regatta.

Has it been already 25 years that Casio introduced the first G-Shock watch? Apparently so, as Casio introduces a 25th anniversary G-Shock watch line-up in Japan.

The new Casio G-Shock watch line-up include the GW-225, AWG-525, GW-5625, GW-9025 and GW-5525.

The GW-5525 resembles the very first G-Shock DW-5000. The G-Shock AWG-525 combines analog and digital display and the GW-225 stands for the diver G-Shock watches. The GW-9025 is a radio controlled G-Shock timepiece.

Though I've never been a big fan on car racing, I find some of the merchandise cool. This Azimuth Bi-Retrograde watch is just such an example. The face is laid out like a Formula 1 race car dashboard. When you're going 59 miles per hour with 4K RPMs, you know it's time to punch out (that's 4:59 for the uninitiated).
