Casio unveiled the Casio G-Shock GWF-1000 Frogman radio controlled diving watch. The Casio G-Shock GWF-1000 Frogman is waterproof to 200m and supports six world-standard radio stations.
Other features of the G-Shock GWF-1000 Frogman include 48 world cities (31 time zones) show time, Dive Time, Dive Log, 5 alarms, Solar Power, and EL backlight.

Urwerk unveiled another watch model that takes mechanical watch technology and design to the limits with the Urwerk UR-CC1 codenamed King Cobra.
The Urwerk UR-CC1 is supposed the first production wristwatch with true retrograde linear displays. On the Urwerk UR-CC1, there are two horizontal indications displayed by two cylinders: one for the (jumping) hours, the other for the retrograde minutes.

Tag Heuer celebrates the 40th birthday of the original Tag Heuer Monaco. At the BaselWorld 2009 Tag Heuer already unveiled several new Tag Heuer Monaco wrist watches. Now the added yet another one with the new Tag Heuer Monaco LS.

Similar to the Monaco Calibre 12 the Calibre 12 version of the Monaco Gulf keeps the original look but adds new technology and a crystal back window.

Most likely Tag Heuer has the best story to tell at the BaselWorld 2009. The Swiss Sports and High-tech inspired watch maker celebrates the Monaco watch's 40th birthday. Now at the BaselWorld 2009 Tag Heuer also unveiled a new Monaco concept watch dubbed Monaco 24.
