Baselworld 2010: Time Explorator (With Dinosaur Fossils) New piece from Louis Moinet includes actual fossilized dinosaur bones

Sure, put all the diamonds and rubies and sapphires and gold that you can onto a watch. It'll look nice and all that, but how about something a little more inventive? Maybe Louis Moinet can help us out, with the Time Explorator.

This wristwatch contains authentic dinosaur bones, dated around 130 million years ago. That's something you don't see out in the open every day. The fossils have been preserved through meticulous processes and appear stunning with bright colors and seem like new.

The Explorator series contains a total of 12 pieces. On the watch, there are also nine windows designed to showcase "key dates in the history of man."

Each watch also comes with a special "time-traveling case." Sounds cool!

This timepiece is slated to be on display at the Baselworld trade show in Germany later this month. Keep checking back to Wrist Dreams for the latest previews and news from the show.
