Baselworld 2010: The $42,000 Fabergé Watch Gold, diamonds, and leather come together for newest addition to famed Fabergé luxury company.

Fabergé, one of the most renowned luxury goods names in the world, has done what it does best. The Agathon M1131 is outfitted with so much elegance that only the richest of the rich will want to get their hands on it.

The case is laced with 80 diamonds (0.8 ct), along with white gold and blue sapphire cabochon. Hand-enamelled white gold also appears on the dial, and a white-gold folding clasp adds one more jeweled touch to the strap.

The price? 31,000 euros (around $42,000).

Before you go rushing out to the nearest Neiman Marcus to buy this little beauty, be warned that it will be an extremely rare piece. Only 10 units are slated for production.
