BaselWorld 2009: Bell & Ross Instrument BR Heritage Bell & Ross will introduce at the BaselWorld 2009 the new Instrument BR Heritage paying tribute to 1940s airplane instruments.
Taking its inspiration directly from aircraft cockpit instrument panels, the INSTRUMENT collection responds to four fundamental principles: legibility, functionality, precision and reliability. The developments of the INSTRUMENT collection parallel the in-depth technological.

The Bell & Ross INSTRUMENT BR 01 is directly inspired by aircraft cockpit on-board instruments from the 1970’s and the INSTRUMENT BR 03 Type aviation is inspired by 2000's instruments. The new Instrument BR Heritage takes its design from 1940's airplanes. The INSTRUMENT BR HERITAGE inspired by history whilst incorporating the most modern techniques, offers a unique combination of details from its vintage style hands and numerals to its sand-coloured index and its stamped natural leather strap, thus giving it the appeal and appearance of the 1940’s in a contemporary military watch.
