The Bell & Ross BR GRAND MINUTEUR (photo) has a mechanical movement with manual winding. The case measures 44x50mm. The glass bead is blasted titanium covered with DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) - virtually unscratchable coating (4,000 vickers).

The OLED module uses the same display as cell phones, making this style a modern update to the old LED watches of the 70s. On the Diesel DZ7086 four dynamic animations cycle at random when the top pusher is pressed and a time display animation is shown when the bottom pusher is pressed.

Famous life style brand Davidoff is set to unveil a wristwatch at the Baselworld 2008 next month.

Under the "Very Zino" brand Davidoff is introducing besides watches also pens and leather products.
The Davidoff Watch is manufactured in Switzerland and will feature an automatic movement.

Italian cult motorcycle maker Ducati and watch maker Binda Group will reveal new Ducati branded watches at the Baselworld 2008.

The new watches will sport the Ducati and Ducati Corse brand names.

Casio continues to celebrate 25 years of G-SHOCK with yet another release of new G-Shock watches. The Casio G-Shock Glorious Gold line features GW-225E Central and DW-6925E and GW-M5625E.
The strap and cases are transparent and the metal screws and other accents are kept in gold.

At the Baselworld 2008 Glycine introduces two new models in their 2007 launched INCURSORE Black Jack line. I am sure the company has more releases up their sleeves for Baselworld, but lets focus on their first announcement this year.

The new Glycine INCURSORE Black Jack Automatic Chronographis very similar in appearance to the INCURSORE Black Jack Manual, which was launched a few months ago; this watch, however, has an automatic movement.

The Baselworld 2008 will start in a couple of weeks. Announcements of the watchmakers have already started to trickle in.
