Japanese watch store TokyoFlash has a new cryptic LED watch in their offering. The new Oberon has a mysterious 70s scifi look. The outer ring of LED’s indicate the hour, the second ring indicates single minutes and the inner ring indicates minutes in groups of ten.

It's easy to follow because the position of the lights is the same as 1-12 on a regular clock. The date can be read in a similar manner, activated by a second push of the button.
