The Citizen ATESSA has three hands and integrates 24 hours and standard 12 hour time display into one analog dial. The Citizen Atessa uses titanium for the case and sapphire glass.
The pricing is between 68,250 to 75,600 yen (~$613 to ~$680) and the launch date for the Citizen Atessa is November 23rd.
