Citizen acquires Bulova Japanese watch maker Citizen buys U.S. based Bulova from Loews for $247 million.
The purchase is supposed to strengthen Citizen in the $200-$600 segment. Bulova offers a wide range of watches. You can see some of them here. Bulova was found already in 1875 as a small jewelry store in New York.
