Citizen offers in Japan under the Alterna brand a new line of radio controlled wristwatches.

The Citizen Alterna VO10-6573H (photo) features and aluminum case. The choice of a light metal is important as this watch is 10.2mm thick. The weight is 104g. Citizen used a spherical crystal glass in this uniquely styled radio controlled watch.

If the VO10-6573H does not receive a radio signal the watch has a precision of 15s/month. You can force a radio synchronization on demand or let the watch do the synchronization automatically. The Citizen Alterna sells for about $300 in Japan. This model comes in 4 different color schemes. As far as I can see this watch is not available outside of Japan at this time.
