Being late or wondering what time you should leave for an appointment will be the thing of the past.  Designer Martin Frey has invented a prototype nicknamed “the thinking watch”.

This innovative timepiece can tap into Personal Area Networks and Bluetooth to communicate with user’s mobile device by finding the user’s location via GPS or GSM tracking.  It can then check the location of your next engagement; can calculate the length of time it will take before you arrive by displaying a little walking man on the interface of the watch.  This well-thought out device measures the progress to your destination continually and will advise you to either speed up or slow down, so that you can get to your destination at your scheduled time.  A watch designer would be nuts not to take advantage of this smart piece.  However, some issues need to be ironed out, like what kind of battery can power such an intense tracking device?
