Japanese Watch Shop TokyoFlash just informed us about a new very, very cool new High Frequency Equalizer Wristwatch.
The first High Frequency watch appeared last year in September. The new High Frequency 2 features a 3D style equalizer display. The animated display uses cool matrix style green lights.
The Equalizer High Frequency 2 features a very theatrical way to show the time. The display pushes up the top row of lights and the light spots float back down in a real equalizer effect, finally all the lights fall down off the face of the watch to leave only two lights to indicate the time for 5 seconds, then the two lights also trail off.

Update:
New Abacus SPOT Watches Announced
Microsoft intorduced SPOT watches in 2003. I4U reviewed the Fossil Abacus model when they came on the market in 2004.
Bill Gates aknowledges the commercial failure of the first generation of SPOT watches. He says the new generation will be thinner, sport a color screen and they will have better distribution channels.
Here is my suggestion for a SPOT watch that actually could have some success: The new SPOT Watch needs to have Bluetooth (see Seiko Phatch to communicate with my mobile phone to display incoming calls and SMS. Yes Mr. Gates I agree it needs a color screen and it needs to be thinner and look stylish. Only if the watch adds value to the mobile phone I think it has a chance.
Japanese Watch Shop TokyoFlash offers a new cryptic to read, but stylish timepiece.
The iPattern tells time by splitting the display into 2 halves. Top half for hours and bottom half for minutes. The day of the week is indicated by written characters MO, TU, WE etc. that curves around the display.
The 30mm LCD display dial has several modes making the display of the iPattern diversified.
The red LCD display combined with the white case is for sure the most unique look for this Japanese Watch.
