The Scosche iPod Wrist Remote Control is not exactly a watch, but looks like one. Only missing feature: It does not tell the time.

Most people our days anyway use their mobile phone to check the time, so it is not a real dissadvantage of the Scosche iPod remote to not tell the time. The iPod wrist remote works via RF. A small adapter has to be placed on the iPod. Apparently it does not work with the new iPod video.
