Shopping for Cyber Monday deals early is giving customers the advantage of full inventories, and fast checkouts as sites are not under load in the early morning hours. This will change as soon as America wakes. As new Cyber deals are added to the Sam’s ClubBest Buy, Target, Walmart and Amazon Cyber sales, experts advice to check deal leasts and social media multiple time per day to not miss out on the best Cyber Monday deals.

A growing Cyber Monday trend is the offering of Cyber Monday deals in stores. This is new at Target this year. Not only is Target’s Cyber Monday sale 48 hours and not 24 hours as last year, but Target’s guests get the Cyber Monday sitewide discount also on stores. This against the original concept of Cyber Monday, but times are changing.

We have seen reports on social media that Target stores are getting almost daily invententory of Hatchimals. On Sunday and Monday, customers can save on these up to 20%.

Smaller stores keep their eye on the actual Cyber Monday, Nov. 28. The reason for this is that a large group of consumers is not adjusting to the reality of Cyber Monday already starting on Sunday’s over the past couple of years. Smaller stores focus all their deals on the one day that most consumers shop for Cyber deals.

More consumers will shop Cyber Monday on Sunday as they remember to encountered empty inventories on the best deals on Monday last year. The distribution of consumer spending on Sunday and Monday will be interesting to see. Black Friday has generated $3 billion in online sales according to Adobe’s analytics. This is the amount Cyber Monday yield for online retailers last year. To stay the biggest online sales day, Cyber Monday 2016 needs to grow.

We will have updates of the Cyber Monday 2016 consumer spending throughout the next 48 hours. The latest Cyber Monday 2016 deals and news are available at the Cyber Monday 2016 Hub.

The deals on sale on Cyber Monday are not different anymore from Black Friday. The difference are retailer specific. While Amazon (Amazon Cyber Monday Deals) and Walmart (Walmart Cyber Monday deals) are continue to offer individual deals, like on Black Friday, Target is offering a 15% sitewide discount. This deal broke Target’s online store last year. The retailer said that they made a lot of changes and Target.com will not fail on Cyber Monday.

Target will also offer the 15% sitewide discount in stores, negating the meaning of Cyber Monday. Cyber Monday, a term coined by Shop.org in 2005, got established when retailers saw a trend of consumers shopping online on the Monday after Thanksgiving. Today, Cyber Monday is viewed as the online equivalent to Black Friday.

Cyber Monday 2016 is expected to set a new record for online spending. 2016 Black Friday and Thanksgiving Day already set a new records in online spending with $3 billion and $1.93 billion respectively. Cyber Monday 2015 set a new record with $3 billion. This year Cyber Monday sales need to exceed $3 billion to beat Black Friday.

NES Classic Cyber Monday: Everything You need to Know

Cyber Monday 2016 is the next big sales event coming up. Cyber deals are already on offer in Cyber Week sales event launched by Walmart, Amazon and others. Black Friday did not have the NES Classic on sale.

We had heard from an employee at a Best Buy in Pennsylvania that the stores would get NES inventory for the Black Friday event. As far as we know this did not happen. What did happen is that Best Buy sold the NES Classic  in their Black Friday sale in Canada on November 23.

The $59.99 Nintendo NES Classic Edition console launched on November 11 in stores and online. The supply was extremely constraint in stores and especially online. Right now all stores are sold out of the retro 80s TV gaming console.

Even NES accessories are hard to come by. Resellers offer the NES on the Amazon marketplace are $230 and up.

Nintendo had now two weeks time to replenish retailers with NES Classic Edition consoles. There is no update from Nintendo on the status of NES supply.

On launch day Nintendo said: “The Nintendo Entertainment System: NES Classic Edition system is a hot item, and we are working hard to keep up with consumer demand. There will be a steady flow of additional systems through the holiday shopping season and into the new year. Please contact your local retailers to check availability.”

There has not been a steady flow of additional NES consoles as Nintendo said so far. Walmart had its last NES Classic sale on Tuesday Nov. 22. These flash sales can’t be it. NES Classic is officially sold by Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, Target and Walmart.

Only Walmart had more NES available after the launch day. GameStop sold on Nov. 15 a couple of NES in a bundle with a book. Walmart and GameStop have likely used consoles for these sales from the original shipment.

So what does this mean for the NES Classic availability on Cyber Monday? Retailers would do anything to offer the NES Classic. It is the best Cyber Monday ad imaginable. It all depends on Nintendo. It is not clear what the hold up is. The NES is basic electronics. Any gadget factory in China can make them. It’s not an iPhone by any means. Chinese factories are already ahead of the game actually, offering all kinds of retro game consoles in bulk on Alibaba

We will keep on tracking the NES Classic stock situation during the whole Holiday season. Follow us on Twitter to not miss a deal.

The palm-sized NES console, retailing for $59.99 list price, features the classic Nintendo NES controller many geeks have grown up with. The retro console comes pre-installed with 30 classic NES games including Super Mario Bros., Pac-Man, Metroid, Donkey Kong, The Legend of Zelda and Kirby’s Adventures. The NES Classic Edition system is a miniaturized version of the groundbreaking NES, originally released in 1985.

The NES Classic Edition comes only with a single wired controller. There are 3rd party controllers and accessories that make the NES more fun to use. Gamers can get additional controllers and even wireless controllers.

Hatchimals: New Higher Retail Prices and new Stores

Hatchimals are the hardest to find Holiday toys of 2016 by far. Walmart sold Hatchimals on Thanksgiving in their Black Friday event. Not all Walmart locations had Hatchimals in  stock. One of our readers was at a Walmart store with 20 Hatchimals in stock. Another Black Friday shopper was not so lucky. The Walmart store he was at had no Hatchimals.

With Black Friday in the back mirror it is back to try to find Hatchimals in stock online. We have spotted Jet.com and ToysRus.com selling Hatchimals online today at 7am and 5am respectively, according to inventory tracker zoolert. It is possible that Walmart will offer $48.88 Hatchimals today again at walmart.com. The page with the $48.88 Hatchimals is still available.

ToysRUs is not discounting the Hatchimals price anymore. The toy retailer has actually increased the price to above the list price. Hatchimals sell for $69.99 at ToysRUs instead of $59.99. Jet.com is selling Hatchimals at an even higher price. The Jet.com’s price is $89.99. Compared with reseller market prices, the $89.99 is still a bargain. Marketplace offers for Hatchimals are over $200.

Two new stores are selling Hatchimals for $89.99. Diapers.com and its sister store yoyo.com have started to list Hatchimals. There are possibly more stores offering Hatchimals at $90 soon.

See the new stores and all other stores carrying Hatchimals at the end of this report.

To find Hatchimals inventory online automatically, use the Zoolert or NowInStock trackers. The mobile and email notifications are too slow. Use the webpage audio alerts. We have used that in the past and successfully spotted Hatchimals in stock many times.

About Hatchimals

Spin Master basically took a Furby (for those who can remember what that is) and stuck it inside an egg. Hatchimals are “magical creatures” that already interact with your kids inside the egg. Each egg contains one of two interactive Hatchimals. Kids need to take care of the Hatchimal while its still inside until the rainbow eyes appear. That means its time to hatch. Hatchimals can’t hatch on their own.

Touch is guiding them to peck their way out of the egg. Once outside the egg owners raise the furry Hatchimal through 3 stages, from baby to toddler, to kid. The Hatchimal sings “Hatchy Birthday” each time it enters a new stage. Hatchimals can learn to walk, dance, play games and more. Hatchimals also repeat what you say in its own voice.

There several different kinds of Hatchimals that differ in color and kind of the creatures inside. There are also exclusive editions for stores like Walmart. Available Hatchimals include Hatchimals Draggles Blue/Purple Egg, Hatchimals Draggles Blue/Green Egg, Hatchimals Pengualas Pink Egg, Hatchimals Pengualas Pink/Teal Egg, and Hatchimals Burtle Purple/Teal Egg. Target Cyber Monday: Best Deals, Sitewide Discount, Times and Everything You Need To Know

Target learned not just one lesson from Cyber Monday a year ago. Target is offering a 15% sitewide discount again for Cyber Monday 2016. This deal broke Target’s online store last year. The deal was so popular with Target’s customers that the traffic on Target’s site was exceeding that of Black Friday sales on Thanksgiving.

The retailer said in the announcement of the Target Cyber Monday plans that they made a lot of changes and Target.com will not fail on Cyber Monday. Target is aiming to cash out on the hype around the 15% sitewide deal and has extended the Target Cyber Monday sale from a single day event to a 2-day Cyber sale starting Sunday.

The decision that makes the Target Cyber Monday for sure the biggest in the history of the retailer is to extend the 15% discount to all 1,802 stores Target stores. The 15% sitewide discount may generate more foot traffic on Sunday than on Target stores have seen on Thanksgiving Day.

Target’s 15% sitewide discount in stores is contradicting the meaning of Cyber Monday. The term Cyber Monday was coined by Shop.org in 2005 to describe the trend of consumers to shop online on the Monday after Thanksgiving. Target customers will not care and embrace the 15% discounts on pretty much everything. Target’s RedCard holders can save an extra 5%, increasing the savings to 20%.

Find below all details on how to shop the Target Cyber Monday sale including coupon stacking and what the best products to buy are to save the most.

Target Cyber Monday Start Time

The Target Cyber Monday sale begins online early Sunday morning, Nov. 27 and runs through Monday, Nov. 28. The exact start time has not been announced. The Cyber Monday sale in stores begins at the regular hours, which is usually 8am.

Target Sitewide 15% Off Deal

Last year Target customers had to use promo code CYBER15 to get the 15% discount on their shopping basket. Target got rid of the coupon code for 2016. No online promo code or in-store coupon will be required to get the 15% off. New this year, Target is expanding the 15 percent off discount to include all gaming consoles, iRobot vacuums, KitchenAid appliances and all Apple products including iPhone and Apple Watch.

Target Cyber Monday Discount Stacking

For Target RedCard members the sitewide discount is 20%, as the membership always gives Target customers a 5% discount. Last year, Target has specifically listed all discount stacking options on each item in the Target store. We assume Target will display this helpful information again this year.

Best Target Cyber Monday Deals

Target RedCard members can save 20% on almost everything that Target has in stock. This discount is especially valuable for items that are rarely on sale and have a high price point. Target specifically announced that the 15% sitewide discount is available for all Apple products. This would include the Apple Watch Series 2, which has not been on sale during Black Friday.

The Apple Watch Series 2 starts at $369. The Target’s Cyber Monday deal will be $295.20 for Target RedCard members. This is an attractive $75 in savings. Non-members pay $313.65. Find below our picks of best items to buy in the Target Cyber Monday 2016 sale.

Target Site is Down or Slow

Last year the Target site went down in flames during the Cyber Monday sale. Mike McNamara, chief information and digital officer of Target said: “Since last year, our tech teams have stood up an entirely new front-end and back-end for our website. We have been furiously pressure-testing the site with both simulated and real traffic. We’ve also built more flexibility into the site so it can scale up for major events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and I’m confident the site can now handle far greater volume than a year ago.”

In the case Target’s engineer did not do enough and Target’s website is having troubles, we recommend to get the Target shopping app. Cyber deal hunters should install the Target app before the Cyber Monday sale starts to be ready. The Target App is very well done, and is the faster way than the site to shop for deals. The Target app is available in iTunes and Google Play app stores.
